I provide consultancy, training and engaging presentations that will help your organisation to understand the issues that trans-people face and how to adapt to accommodate the requirements of gender diversity in our society and workforce.

I provide consultancy services to corporations (including private companies, local government and government agencies), charities and universities on transgender and gender identity issues. I work as a regional organiser for a renown charity that supports transgender people and I facilitate one of their transgender support groups.  I also facilitate a similar support group for a Government client.

I am a professionally trained, high quality presenter and speaker delivering educational transgender and gender identity presentations to corporate Equality and Diversity training days and other corporate events.

I specialise in reading and researching up-to-date scientific literature on the topic of transgender and gender identity issues, in the form of academic papers and books (see Presentation Material) and converting the relevant material into easily understood, interesting and thought-provoking presentations.  I focus on transgender science, culture and history, and contemporary law.  The presentations are focused on lay-people who may not necessarily have a genuine interest in transgender as a topic and therefore I ensure the delivery is purposely light-hearted and entertaining.

I use media such as powerpoint slides and photographs, but my key communication tool is my ability to use emotion, elocution and an evocative delivery to entice the audience.

I provide assistance to trans-people in distress or with gender identity issues by meeting them in their homes, or in convenient public locations like cafes, to assist them in dealing with the emotions they are experiencing.  I am a trained Samaritan volunteer (although not currently a practicing Samaritan due to other charity commitments).  People contact me through various social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter, and occasionally I am approached by someone after one of my presentations. I am very discreet and ensure client confidentiality is paramount.

I volunteer as a local manager for a transgender charity and facilitate support groups to provide emotional support and formal counselling to transgender people who are suffering emotional distress resulting from their gender identity issues.
